In addition to rotating guest codes, we set a handful of codes to each unit's locks.

  • Guest backup code
  • Cleaner code
  • Manager code
  • Owner code

The guest backup code will be automatically sent to the guest when the lock is offline at check-in time. We recommend sharing the cleaner code, manager code, and owner code with the relevant people.

Rotating Lock Codes

These codes will not be removed from the locks unless you rotate them. We recommend rotating codes anytime someone stops working with your organization.

To rotate a permanent lock code:

  1. Go to the listings tab.
  2. Click on a listing to open the sidebar.
  3. Go to the Access tab in the sidebar.
  4. Click the three dots next to a code.
  5. Click Rotate Code.
