Guest Lock Codes
Making a listing live that has locks connected to Rabbu will turn on guest lock code automation. Here's how guest lock code automation works.
If a lock is ever offline when we try to set a guest lock code at check-in, we will send the guest a backup lock code.
We also assign several permanent lock codes to the lock to give cleaners, owners, and your team access to units.

It's important that you remember to adjust any other messaging to account for the lock code message that goes out to guests. Read more about the lock code message.
The way we send messages to your guests depends on the property management system provider connected to your account. Here's how we message guests for each provider.

Rabbu gives you full transparency into what's going on at your units. Go to the Activity tab to view a filterable list of activities, such as when a guest checked-in or when a thermostat is set to eco-mode.
Invite Team Members
You don't have to do everything yourself! Here's how to invite your team members to your account.
You can view the number of active licenses, the amount that will be charged for the next invoice, and the date of the next charge as well as see your previous invoice from the Billing tab.
